Voucher is valid and can be used in any of our properties until December 31st 2021, considering their availability.
Voucher can be used once.
If new reservation has a higher price than the voucher amount, the difference will be due according to instructions given at the time.
If new reservation has a lower price than the voucher amount, the difference will not be refunded and can only be used within our companies services (transfer service or food pack).
The expiration date of the voucher can be changed by mutual agreement or special circumstances. In these cases, a new voucher will be issued contemplating the applicable duration date.
